Consumer Guarantees and Returns

Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at sales@northernhaircare.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A description of the fault

All returns must be sent to the following postal address:

Once reviewed, we may provide a return form. Products should be returned within 28 days of receiving them via a trackable method.

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless required by law.

Return postage will be covered for defective or non-compliant products.
